Who we are

Loudwell Ltd (“Loudwell”, “we”) is a marketing agency registered in England, with its studio at Coldbath Works, Warner Yard, London EC1R. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us about anything in it at hello@loudwell.co.uk.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to reply to you and to run this site.

• When you send a brief: your name, work email, company, role if you give it, and what you tell us about your project, budget and timing.
• When you email or call us: your contact details and the content of your message.
• When you visit the site: basic technical data such as browser type, pages viewed and approximate location, collected in aggregate. We do not use advertising cookies.

Why we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and to keep a record of our conversations. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or steps you have asked us to take before entering into a contract. We do not sell your data and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Who we share it with

Your details are seen by the people at Loudwell who handle new business. We use a small number of service providers to run our email, files and website, under contracts that require them to protect your data and use it only on our instructions. Some of them may store data outside the UK, in which case we rely on adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep brief enquiries for up to two years after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case your details become part of the client record and follow our client retention schedule. Aggregate site statistics do not identify you and are kept for up to 26 months.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Email hello@loudwell.co.uk and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies and local storage it needs to work, such as remembering that a page transition is in progress. If we add analytics that use cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date at the top.
