About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website, run by Loudwell Ltd, a company registered in England with its studio at Coldbath Works, Warner Yard, London EC1R. By using the site you agree to them. They do not cover client work: every engagement is governed by its own signed agreement.
The work shown here
The campaigns, films, photographs and writing on this site are owned by Loudwell, by our clients or by the photographers, directors and creators we worked with. They are shown to describe our work. You may view and share links to them, but you may not copy, download, edit or reuse them, including to train software, without written permission from the owner.
Results and figures
Case study results describe what happened for a specific client, in a specific market and period. They are not a promise of what any other project will achieve. Where we state a figure, it was measured by the client or by us against the result agreed at the start of that project.
Sending us a brief
Sending a brief through this site does not create an agreement between us, and neither does our reply. Please do not send confidential material until we have both signed a non-disclosure agreement, which we are always happy to do first. We treat every brief as private and use it only to respond to you, as described in our privacy policy.
Links to other sites
Where we link to other websites, we do so for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Availability
We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be either. We may change or remove any part of it without notice.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
