Skincare shot without retouching, with 60 creators showing their own skin on day one and day thirty.

Bare Faced.
Pell makes a barrier serum that takes thirty days to show. We let sixty people show it on their own skin, with nothing retouched.
The challenge
Nobody believes a skin ad.
Pell's customers told us they assumed every skin shot was edited. The serum's results are real but slow, and a 30-day product is hard to sell in a three-second feed. The brand needed proof people would trust, at a cost it could scale.

The idea
Day one and day thirty.
Bare Faced cast 60 creators with real skin concerns, from rosacea to post-acne marks, and asked each to film the same mirror shot on day one and day thirty. We cut nothing but length, retouched nothing, and put the raw files on the brand site so anyone could check.

What we made
A casting-led creator programme run like a production, with usage agreed up front and one shot list for all sixty.
- Casting and contracts for 60 creators
- Day 1 and day 30 film series
